PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING (PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE)

The studio’s certified personal trainer will first have a consultation with you to assess your starting fitness level, review your goals, and develop a personalized program for you to reach your goals and develop a maintenance program for long lasting results.
STRETCH, RELEASE & CORE
This class focuses on stretch and release techniques for the whole body to improve posture, mobility, strength and prevention of injuries. The emphasis is to lengthen and release muscles through the use of foam rollers, tennis balls and Thera bands. Core strengthening exercises compliment the stretching to enhance your body’s ability to function less restricted, improve self-healing and overall well being.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Total Body Conditioning incorporates cardio and strength exercises using equipment such as dumbbells, kettle bells, bosu ball, body bars and more. Work at your level and pace while being motivated to reach your fitness potential. This class is for anyone who wants to improve their overall health and achieve their fitness goals.
