Val is a fitness specialist with progressive training and experience working as a fitness instructor, running coach and personal trainer. She is highly passionate about people, fitness and health. Val has an excellent track record for training and motivating individuals to achieve peak performance or attainment of personal goals. Val is an advanced running coach and has successfully completed 17 full marathons. She is certified in AFAA New Hampshire, in Group Power and Group Step - Body Training System, in Can-Fit Pro as a Personal Trainer Specialist and Fitness Instructor Specialist, and has her Stott Matt Pilates Certification.
